This week, Kate and Bret have a good ol’ fashion Smackdown concerning the new high flying thriller Non-Stop. Kate argues that the cliche characters and evil motivations aren’t enough to propel the story along. Bret is on the side that the crazy setups get creative payoffs and admires the movie for being a down and out thriller. Either way, both can’t argue with Neeson’s grizzly screen presence, once again proving he is a monster of a man and doesn’t go down without a fight.

What these lack in length, they should make up for in brutality. And since we’re celebrating Liam Neeson we might as well bring up Taken, the throat chop capital of action land. In both Non-Stop and Taken, Neeson doesn’t mess around. Here though, the targets of his aggression are a bit more deserving. Take a look:
Next Episode will be 300: Rise of an Empire!
